I'm reading my friendsfriends list and so you don't know me but I wanted to comment and say that a) that song is my favourite thing about Reconstruction Site and b) I adore and covet your icon.

Yes I am in Winnipeg! My experiences with Portage, oddly, are limited to second-hand ones, though. Something about my cousins going there for pizza after junior hockey games in various rural municipalities...
