After all that worrying i did about how difficult it would be to have two kids i have been blessed with this calm, peaceful baby who loves to sleep and who's most frantic cry is a little yelp. Like "hey guys, when you get a minute, uh maybe you could change my diaper, i mean if you have time

hooray! that sounds wonderful. Our second was the same way-- needed to be woken (is this a word?) up to eat at night. The sleeping patterns have changed but she's still a sweet, peaceful baby. May your bubble never burst!

I hope you avoid the ppd too. It's a beast to deal with.
Erik was an easier baby too. I'm not sure how much is second babies (either they're easier or we're more relaxed) and how much is his particular temperment. But yeah, having a relaxed baby after having a high needs baby is like being given chocolate and chai while in bed...ummmmmmmm.
