It was just another ordinary day for Takanori,Just like any day.He was sleeping when he felt a hand touching his cheek,he rubbed his eyes as he woke up at his boyfriend touch."You're so lazy Taka,i'been trying to wake you up for a half hour" Takanori smiled at him and replied "Don't blame me, you know that i was tired from working all night,what time is it?" "It's 5 PM, you took a long nap,I'm so bored from watching tv alone. Let's go out somewhere" Hiroto sugested as Takanori nodded.He kissed his cheek & said " Okay dear,I'll wait in the living room.don't take a long time to get ready" he said smiling as he walked out from the bedroom.
Takanori got up & took a towel walking to the bathroom.He took a quick shower, wrapped the towel around him & went to the kitchen searching for something to eat but there was only some cake & orange juice. he went to the living room asking his boyfriend " Hiroto, i'm so hungry. isn't there anything to eat?" He asked pouting " No baby,that's why i was waking you up. so that we can go out to eat something. So now go dress & let's go " Takanori nodded as he went back to the bedroom. he put up a black jeans, a white shirt & a black jacket . In 10 minutes he was ready. Hiroto took his hand as they were walking out of the house " I know a nice restaurant that makes delicious food i found by accidentyesterday. So i tought that we should go together" Hiroto said with his usual smile.Taka smiled back at him &got in the car.
In almost 20 minutes they were there. They entered as they sat & ordered food. They ate in silence Takanori wasn't feeling weel,there was something bothering him but he didn't know what it is. Maybe that he's not happy with Hiroto. No,Hiroto is a good boyfriend & he always tries his best to make Taka happy but there was something missing.There wasn't that sparkle between them , Takanori couldn't get over the past & move on he was always stuck there even though he tried hard he just couldn't fall in love with him. That kinda of breath taking love was what Takanori wanted " Taka ?? you hear me ?" He was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't hear what Hiroto was saying " Sorry hiroto i didn't heard. what did you said ?" Takanori said faking a smile so that his boyfriendwon't notice anything. " Well that's obvious.I just said that i'm going to buy cigarettes. I'll be right back " Takanori nodded as hiroto stood up & walked out of the restaurant.
Taka was still lost in his thoughts watching people passing by when he saw someone familiar from the window walking.
He was staring at him from behind trying to regonize who it is, " No way, A..Akira ?" he whispered to himself , without noticing he got up running out of the door before Akira passes by. He shouted at him " Akira ?" before he stop running .The guy looked back at him in kinda of shock
"Taka ?" It was him, it was Aki, it was the one he was madly in love with. Oh wait...No he's still in love with him That's why he couldn't fall in love with Hiroto. Cuz he was still in love with Akira. How coould he forget his first love ? In that moment Taka felt like the world was spinning around,he didn't believe his eyes,that he was face to face to his lover.A flash back took him to the past. Their first kiss, their first night together, first time Aki confessed that he loves him, the times they spent together. All those happy days.
It's been a while since he's been happy. It's been a year since Akira left his life, he can still hear the words he sais that december night when he just walked ut of the door " I'm sorry Taka,I'm sorry that i couldn't keep my promise to you, that i'll be forever by your side. cuz i hate myself for hurting you over & over, and everytime you just end up forgiving me.I don't deserve it Taka, I really don't. I love you so much Taka, so much that i would leave you to find someone who's better than me, someone who'd treat better than i did , that will make you happy. Goodbye Takanori" He remembers that last passionately kiss he gave him before he go.Taka tried t make him stay, tried to tell him that even though everything they've been through he still love him just like the firt day,And that he'll always do, But Akira didn't listen , he felt guilty so he just walked away changing his appartement, his phone number, changing everything so that Taka won't find him.
A tear on Taka's cheek made him come back to the present. He din't know what to do or how to react, he just hugged Akira strongly, tightly. He needed to hug him, He needed to make sure that he wasn't dreaming, he needed his body against him, to feel his warmth, his smell, his breath, his hair. "I miss you Akira, I miss you so much" Akira didn't know what to do, he wasn't excpecting this, he thought that he's strong enough to pass by him without saying anything, but once he felt Taka's body against him he couldn't stop himself from hugging him back
"I miss you too Taka " he said as Taka pulled back slowly holding his hand " Where have you been all this time ? How could you walk away like this ? How could you... " Takanori's voice was suffocating cuz he was crying. He had mixed feelings feelings of anger , sadness, happiness & confusion " I'm sorry Taka, i wanted to protect you. i hurted you a lot i didn't deserve you"
" But i didn't wanted anyone who's better than you, i wanted Aki, i wanted Akira Suzuki with all his flaws. I was happy with you " Takanori said as Akira pulled his tears gently away. He didn't know what to say,It was his fault everything was his fault, he felt bad about himself seeing Takanori still crying over him. He didn't knew that Takanori would talk to him if he met him suddenly he thought that he would just move on on his life. But even though all this time, it was obvious that he still love him, still do even after all the hurt he caused him so he just pulled him into a kiss , a stong kiss that wanted to say i'm sorry for eveything & i still love you too. A kiss they both were despret for, where there was sparkle. A sparkle of LOVE
Suddenly Taka felt his phone vibrating so he just pulled back slowly. It was Hiroto, he forgot about him when he saw Akira. What should he do now ? Leave him & break his heart so that he could happy with his lover again ? or just pretend that nothing happened with Akira & continue his life with him ? He was so confused,he wanna be with Aki but in the same time doesn't wanna break Hiroto's heart cuz he know how does it feel to be heartbroken & Hiroto doesn't deserve this. Takanori was so sad to be in such a situation so he was just crying, crying a tears of blood.
He ansewerd the phone" Taka where are you ? i've come back to the restaurant & didn't found you " Takanori wipped his tears & tried to talk normaly so Hiroto won't know that he's crying " I'm just near the restaurant i'll be right back " and he hang up .
He looked at Akira's eyes & said with a sad tone "So, will we meet again ?" Akira helt his hand and smiled at him
"If we're meant to be together, surely we'll meet again" Before he pull him into a hug " I know that we are, so i'll just wait till we'll be together again " Takanori whispered into his lover's ear. He pulled back, took a deep breath and he started walking away hoping that one day he'll get his smile back, that he'll be happy again...
