Oh man, stretching scares the bejesus out of me.
I want to get a ring for my nose and most piercers I talk to are like, "Stretch to an 18g, 20g is too small for a ring." And I'm all "HELL NAW!"

I like my piercing holes little, but to each his/her own!

and, 20 is way tiny for a ring, iuno, i'd go 16 :P
