as for me... well how bout we all start with what we have done to us.
im not very extreme i guess. my lips pierced on one side. three piercings in each ear lobe. generally got hoops in the top two and 10 gauges in the bottom one. and i just got the top of my ear done on the right side. (no "gay" significance there, thats just where my hair parts.) next up is a piercing through the little inner flap on the right and an industrial in the left.
pummer hates it, but ive never had problems with anyone in the "real" world. when i go to work, i just take out all my earrings - except the gauges, which i just replace with more conservative looking gauges :P put a little clear retainer in for my lip, and i look like ( ... )

Okay, okay. Home now :P
I'm pretty simple. Both my ears are pierced with little silver hoops and I've got a little silver barbell in my eyebrow. The way my hair is, the eybrow is completely obvious to anyone looking at me. At one point my nose was pierced, and I can still shove a stud in there if I really feel like it, but I'm more or less over that, and you can't see where it was pierced at all.
I've got three jobs now. The third one is just working at my dad's music shop though, and I could have a damned bar through my entire face and no one would pay any attention. The first job doesn't matter either, but the second one is a desk job. I have to trade the eyebrow bar out for a retainer when I work there. I mean it's like a shirt and tie job. But they don't care about my earrings. They actually told me my "extreme hairdo" was more of a problem then my pierced ears. Wow. Like. It really looks like I want my hair to look like that? Fried out mop of hair sticking out everywhere? Damn. ( ... )

I have my lip and eyebrow done, though I stopped wearing the lip ring about a year ago. Still love my little eyebrow ring ^_^ My ears are pincushions, basically. Working on a 2 gauge in each lobe. Have an industrial bar, a conch hoop, and a tragus hoop in the left ear. The right ear has a hoop on the top, and once I get over the trauma of the industrial, I'm either getting a daith or rook. Something inner-ear. I have a huge tattoo between my shoulder blades. After my next ear piercing, I think I'm done. I don't want to be bigger than a 2 gauge, I don't want my ears to look crowded with jewelry and take away the decoration aspect of it, one tattoo is enough, and I despise weird facial piercings (aka- your fucking cheek) and I just wouldn't look right with my nose pierced.
