Results!

Today was Results Day, and so I got results. I'm one of those annoying people who won't open them there; about a minute after Steven's family dropped me off I had a look.

English Literature - C (Hah. I didn't revise and I wrote an essay without having finished one of the books. So I was relieved.)

History - C (Amusingly I got 38 marks for Unit 5

Well done! For my general studies essay I quoted the Spice Girls. I can no longer remember the context. I figure at least it gives the markers some amusement.

Hahaha! That's fantastic. Was it a question on feminism? I wrote weirdness for my quesion about women. I wish they gave you the papers back!

Congratulations. I did some crazy stuff for General Studies too. I think I spent most of the essay ranting about General Studies.

General studies sounds fun *smiles* It sounds like a great excuse to rant on about anything... Which of course is great... And you know that I would have given you extra marks if anything, for your fantastic in-exam humour about Arnold Schwartzenneggar ^_~

Hee, I figured nobody counts General Studies anyway, so I'd write whatever I wanted. I had a question on whether celebrity status should mean political power, or something, so I wrote about Schwartzennegerneger and quoted William Hague when he said to Paul; "Just because I tell jokes doesn't mean you should have political opinions." I mentioned Boris too! I don't think my marker watches hignfy.
