I can't stop thinking about skinny boys who wear makeup and tight trousers.

Where has glam rock gone?

Letter writing, hummous and 1984.

1984 the year or 1984 the novel by George Orwell?

...My roommate and I had a pretty involved conversation about David Bowie last night, and how early Bowie was better, but then it kind of got sidetracked into musings about artists whose work was brilliant while they were taking a lot of drugs vs. artists whose work turned to shit after they started taking a lot of drugs. Anyway, I keep hoping I'll find glam rock behind my couch or something. Isn't that where stuff normally turns up?

I feel like fitz would be a good nickname for someone. Anyone. Perhaps you? Though proper English accents and odd hats might have to partner with the name...

I was reading 1984! I'm excited for Animal Farm. Though when I was young and just learning about this bizarre thing called sex someone mentioned a porno called Animal Farm which probably is what we all think it is... So we shall see.

I hope you mentioned Courtney Love in regards to drugs gone bad. She keeps popping up these days.

I'll be sure to check behind the couch. And maybe in the seedy streets of Liverpool.

...Oh gods, there's a porn of that? Ewwwwwwwwwhat.

It seems weird to say "yeah, I liked 1984!" given the nature of the book, so instead I'll say that I consider it one of the most powerful, upsetting, and realistic dystopia novels I've ever read.

Fitz is from the Andrew Bird song Fitz & The Dizzyspells and is a bad seizure-related pun. Clementine is from the excellent romance movie amnesiac antiheroine displayed in your default icon. I like both names, and I like odd hats. :D
