i tried to tape it-- i swear. i figured that taping the first hour would be safe, i didn't know how much of the today show hosts we'd have to watch before the parade. when i tape things, i usually start the tape a couple minutes early and end a couple minutes late (ex. if my show is 6-7, i'll set it 5:58 to 7:02). but i screwed it up and taped 8:58-9:04. i have up until just when the parade starts and you can barely see the 110. :-(
