I just got back from dropping my sister off at the airport after she was here visiting for the weekend. And I miss her already. I wish that I could see her, and my brother, and my parents more often, (and my grandmother, and my aunts and uncles and cousins...), and I wish it didnt have to be a big ordeal for that to happen.

No parent can truly offer comfort in this stage of your life, for the reason you well know: it's yours to live, and no one can make your choices or take on the burdens (and pleasures!!) of the consequences.

Just remember how very proud your mother and father are of you. Keep to that... oh, and have fun. ;-D

hey chach/rachel. next time i come to boston i'll give you more warning - i'd love to see you one of these days. i can't even imagine how much we've both grown up since the last time we saw each other.

dont believe anything you hear, i dont wanna grow up. but yes, a little more warning would help and ill hopefully actually be in boston the next time =)
