Surely you realized it had been way too long since I posted a stultifyingly boring update on my Rock Band progress, right?
Having completed my solo drums world tour on medium, I'm now going back through to try to get 5 stars on every song on medium. I've worked my way up through all of the Tier 6 songs except for "Green Grass and High Tides," which is EVIL and COMPLETELY MISCATEGORIZED, that motherfucker is NOT a tier 6 song, fuck you all. *pantpantpant* I've already got 4 stars on that one, but I am *determined* to master that sonofabitch. (Have I mentioned recently that I'm stubborn and obsessive? Uh, yes.)
I downloaded three new songs over the weekend and got 5 stars on all of them the first time. o.O Apparently I've gotten better over the past few weeks, which (since I haven't been practicing at all) I can only assume must be due to reading a few books on bass playing and music theory. ahahaha.
And! "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race" will be available for download for the XBox 360 tomorrow! Very excited. :D
Other than that, I've been *cough* researching 30 Seconds to Mars and chat-ficcing Bob/Shannon with carleton97. In which Shannon woos Bob with silly-looking socks and Bob attempts to find tee-shirts to give to Shannon that Jared won't immediately steal. Yep, it's completely ridic. \o/
