so, we're in asia. anna was throwing up through her nose all night long in the bathroom. i'm feeling a little funny, too, but nothing serious. still the sun is shining this morning, river taxis are speeding up and down the river, we just had luxury breakfast on the deck and are going to rent bikes and ride around town

I'm extremely jealous that you are in Thailand...be careful with some of the massages, they may be hookers in disguise. Phad thai for 20 baht on the street is the greatest, just have anti diarrheal pills just in case. The thai ice tea is yummy. My favorite dish was the wide thai noodle dish, I make that here. If you go to Chang Mai, go to the Umbrella factory, and the lonely planet recommends this awesome cooking course...take it if you can! Pai is a fun middle of nowhere town.

I hope you go to the Islands if you get a chance too! I love that whole country
