yeah, it's kinda new for me too, cause I was single for a while....but I've been dating since February now, and I still don't feel any differently. Maybe because I've been burned? maybe I've learned not to pour myself into it? no....I think it's just not the way I am.

i stick things in mine that make me happy. the one reference to rocco i put in, always at the bottom and short, is normally something he said that made me laugh. it's usually something that doesn't even necessarily refer to us as a couple at all. what we both have right now, the little "alr;kiy + 'rpot = love" thing, is more satire than anything else- we decided to come up with random petnames for each other like most couples do, and instead of using stuff like "cupcake" and "honeybunny" smashed the keyboard to get them.

but yeah. i've definitely seen some that look almost... desperate, i suppose? with the way they put things in their profiles... mushy lyrics or depressed lyrics that seem melodramatic to me most of the time.
