i don't know ur budget really, so i'm gonna give u a few suggestions, and do w/ them what u like...
the *best* buffet in vegas is "dishes" at ti (treasure island) the only thing is, it's $26/plate...but it's all u can eat and the food is *amaaaaazing*
the roller coaster at new york new york is *awesome* and i believe it's $12 per person, and $8 for re-rides...
for cheaper "amusement park" fun, the circus circus astrodome is really cool and big rides r $6, and small rides r $4.
all shows r super duper expensive, but if u want to see one, u *must* see ka. it's cirque du soleil at mgm.
anyway, have lots and lots of fun, i'm so jealous i wanna go back to vegas so bad!!
