no, because she doesn't go to her committee meetings, an essential part of her job, and she is only approaching this problem from an economists point of view, her "climate change experts" are members of the canadian chamber of commerce whove likely dont understand the science behind the earths own natural heating and cooling cycles, or how we are affecting them, but rather want to profit from the changes as much as possible.
