To say that this post pointed to something that made me angry is an understatement. It made me sick and confused and enraged. It made nekosmuse feel that way too, so she called for "fic based on your favorite slash pairings living their lives out in happy, functioning and TRUE relationships," and I have tried to comply. We don't get that much about Bobby so you have a little freedom with his characterization. I don't think you need to worry, this read really well.

I love Bobby - there's not enough BobbyFics around! Just wanted to say, I think you got his response dead on. It was exactly what my father would say if asked, and I've been taught about gun safety for as long as I can remember.

Hey, thanks. You know, if you're hangin around livejournal reading fic, it's free to get an account now. It's simple too. It opens a whole new door to lots of great fic. Which is not to say there's tons of Bobby fic around. I'm of the opinion that there'd be more if CBS had shown that scene wherein bobby mentioned he'd been gone at the beginning of season 4 because he and his partner had adopted a kid.
