In march i decided to start working out and losing weight. I did really well until i took a week off from work and drank daily. Gained it all back real quick. I started with you on the 100 pushup plan. Just finished week three. Unfortunately the weight i should be losing is being replaced by muscle, so not much actual loss is happening.
So i started at 240. By mid may I was down to 225. But then I ate horribly and sat around. Back up to 240.
The third week of pushups was a struggle at the end. 4 is probably gonna burn really badly. Still 240, but looking and feeling much better.
Really glad to hear yours is going well. My eventual goal is 200, which was just a little above my college weight. But my realistic end of summer goal is 220. Hopefully we can both reach it.
Besides looking better, the main thing I want to lose weight for is to have more energy. Lugging all this fat around is just exhausting. Hopefully we'll both have much more energy at the end.

You know 7:15 pm is a pretty good time for a workout. :-)
