So we had an earthquake today. 6.8 in the Negros-Cebu area. Cebu is largely fine, though parts of it experienced power and phone lines cutting out. At the moment the cellphone service providers are still swamped. Cebu City has been seized by mass hysteria though, people making up stories of a tsunami. We got a warning but Cebu is surrounded by
