After living a year in Provo Housing, I think I've come to an understanding of the Provo City Codes - at least based on my experience with landlords. From what I can understand, these are the rules for landlords.

I was brushing me teeth the other day, and out of the hole in the back of the sink emerged large amounts of black filth. And I thought to myself..."Bless this house for all the surprises." Never a dull moment.
