It's Google's free email thingy with 1GB of on-line storage, unlike hotmail's 2MB. I dunno if you want one, depends on how much you email peeps or if you want a separate account that is more private. *shrugs* It has some neat features though, like keeping all messages in one conversation together in a thread format so that you don't have 10+ "re: hi" cluttering your inbox.

You could always go for it for the "cool" factor since it is an invite only thing right now. C'mon, be part of the in-crowd. ;)

i think i'd ;like one. i'm away for days at a time as ya know so when i do get home i usually have LOTS of stuff to go through.
