Well, my pants of late have been getting a little tight. I decided this morning that I will do a little trick that I did before to jumpstart my diet. I am going on the induction phase of the atkins diet. Last year I did this and lost ten pounds in the 2 weeks. May many good things come your way and best of luck with you on losing weight, I know how hard it can be :)

I measured myself again too, I am now:

Hips 40
Waist 30
Chest 39

I am wasting away to nothing I tell ya, and I'm not trying to lose weight any more. Down to 160 pounds now, 30+ pounds underweight for my height and bone structure.
