SAM Update

As requested like 500 times now (I don't even think that number is exaggerated by much), going to try to put together a quick update!

This update is mostly going to be focused on SAM... A lot of people have asked me to make a NIN-like update/guide equivalent for my other jobs (SAM and WAR mostly), but the real big news now is in the SAM department

How goes PSU so far? A few people asked me to try it out with them now, but I don't really have the time or much money to throw around. D:

I'm really enjoying it so far. It's not nearly as in depth as FFXI or anything, but it wastes time in a much more fun fashion to me. It's only $10 a month to try :p Though I'd wait for atleast an update or two to be able to try more things out if you decided to do that first month.

I love the animation, but hated the sound when I first heard it.

At first the WS sounded a lot like Steel Cyclone, and it kind of aggravated me to see them rip off some other weapon skill's sound effects (and especially that one). But, listening to it without so much background noise it's a completely different sound, and I like it too. :o

Tachi:Kaiten and Namas make Light, but you can do the same with Kasha and Kaiten. I can't think of any situation I'd use anything over Amanomurakumo honestly, at first I thought I'd keep Hagun for some situations but decided there's no point. It's the best by a long shot for just about everything, and there isn't any situation where I don't think it'd be better to use something else.

And yeah, these equipment posts take forever... I'll probably end up doing one on WAR sometime in the future too. D:

I'd like to see a MNK equip post Genome :) That would be real nice of you to do, hehe. But yeah, no doubt that would take some time putting together. I sure would enjoy it though :D

Now that you've gotten just about everything......I would expect your next entry to be a "I quit cause I beat the game" ;o

Also, do you have light gorget? I wouldn't be surprise if it works with the WS.

I don't have a Light Gorget, but it still seems kind of unlikely.

No one ever gets Dark/Light gorgets anyway, 2 organs for the most useless gorgets. Only reason I know of to get one of them is Penta Thrust.

Light covers all the (useful) RNG WS's. Havn't had a chance to test it with Namas Arrow as my friend doesn't have Light Gorget :/

I got Breeze for RNG instead since it covered Sidewinder/Slug Shot, Blade:Jin, and Steel Cyclone... Then got Flame later down the road, covering Tachi:Kasha and Arching Arrow/Heavy Shot.
