im not surprised ur confused with that guy talkin shite :0) Hindu ideas are based around a few thousand different gods after all, and the childish selfish notion of the eternal and special soul, and with a god for everything, includin the god of scratchin ur ass!
still if stretching an bending makes u feel better an relax go for it :0)

My problem with this statement is that for someone such as your self, continuous discrimination between your self and your "not self", probably go on constantly in your head without you realizing much what your doing. I do this all the time, and whilst it leads to an uncountable amount of recollection, wisdom and the power to decipher your flaws and worst character trait, it can be completely indiscriminate. I.e. If you carry on doing this your gonna lose your idea of you, and everything your "you" embodies ( ... )
