Maxwell! I almost didn't recognize you with that beard. You look so grown-up. It's wonderful to have you with us again. You were certainly missed

((Jim, lemme know if this is fine with you! \o/))
Ah, I was planning on going shopping with Knuckles for winter clothing, but that sounds like a lovelier idea~ Perhaps we can both join you if such a thing happens. Unfortunately, I am not sure if I can buy everything for myself, though. *lol on a tight budget because of a decent lack of cash*
Date: December 4th Time: Around 12 I guess. Location: Common room. Eavesdropping?: I guess?
Winter wasn't Amy's favorite season - far from it. It was cold, wet and there weren't always a lot of things unless there was a lot of snow. Instead, she preferred to stay indoors on boring days like these. At least in ten days she could leave to visit her parents for Christmas. In the meantime, it was just a matter of passing time.
Zelda, on the other hand, loved the snow, but that may have had something to do with the fact that she'd anticipated the winter and dressed properly. When Amy entered the common room, it was easy to see she was miserable, so the RA set down her current decorating project and smiled at her. "Hello, Amy."
The common room seemed to have been underway for a holiday makeover. Zelda was always good company as well. "Hi, Zelda!" she smiled back. Fortunately, she was good at appearing cheerful. At least it would be less boring with someone to talk to. "What were you working on?"
"Oh, just decorations for the dorms." She said, smiling and holding up the snowflake chain she'd just finished. "There's a lot left over from last year, but it couldn't hurt to make more. How are you?"
Ha, ha, thank you! I think I might shave it soon though now that I have the chance. I quite miss my chin. It's rather amazing how easy it was to get settled back in! It's almost as if I never left... though I'm sure that's because of all the warm welcomes I'm getting, ha, ha.
Date: Dec. 10th Time: 3pm Location: The kitchens, with one million cookies. Eavesdropping?: Sure, it's a hallway If Zelda's room, can Vashie be a creeper?: NO.
Apple Kid was so very hungry. Oh so very hungry. It'd been hours, or even minutes since his last meal! So he was going to go to the kitchen to see if he could get something to nibble on before dinner. Oh, so very hungry.
He wandered into the cafeteria, but there was nothing set out. Not even a hamburger in the trashcans (he looked). So he wandered into the kitchen area and, lo and behold, was surprised when he saw somebody who wasn't a bear. "Hello," he said.
Oh. It was Apple Kid. Apple Kid that somehow and mysteriously knew her greatest secret. She had no idea how it was possible, but in order to keep her greatest secret, she'd have to pretend as though that evening had never happened at all.
So she was going to make her cookies as if nothing was wrong. "Hello." She said, smiling. "Here for the cookies?"
"I didn't know there were cookies, I was just looking for a snack. Are you Nancy's assistant? Lunchbear-in-training?" Apple Kid asked, sticky hands getting closer and closer to the one million cookies.
She'd finished most of her duties for the day, but Vashta wasn't quite awake yet, so Zelda opted to take a walk around campus so as not to disturb her nocturnal roommate. It was cold, yes, but with the sun setting behind the gray clouds and the snow gently falling, the campus had a sort of magical quality to it.
The princess didn't expect to have someone join her, but Shinon certainly wasn't objectionable company. She smiled and waved back. "I could ask the same of you."
"I'm usually busy." She laughed. Since coming to Smash Academy, she'd engaged in many activities generally considered unbecoming of a princess--things usually taken care of by servants, like cooking and cleaning and doing her own laundry. Sure, it was a bit of an adjustment, but in becoming RA she'd accepted her duties with a smile. It was her job to make the dorms a home away from home, after all.
"Especially around the holidays. Some of the students don't go home, so I take it upon myself to bring home to them. What about you? How have you been?"

I hope things have not been too unmanageable in my absence? I'll admit I was surprised to see my position was still available when I returned.
((Whit. Whit how do you feel about hanging up Christmas decorations.))

Oh, no, of course not. Though I can't deny it will be nice to have some help.
