[Walking over to the kitchen and opening one of the cupboards. There's some leftover meat, and a can of some vegetables that he doesn't know. Those cans are really fascinating...

He places some of it in a pot and hangs it over the fire, waiting for it to warm up while petting the dog.]

[Hana Tamago seems pleased, and rubs the hand back with her noggin. It was nice to see papa again, and if it were Christmas, she would convey her joy.
