For all Trick or Treaters, or just people out doing stuff on Halloween, at a small outdoor shopping mall in the city, there is a really tall headless horseman giving kids candy out of his pumpkin head that's in his arms. He also has a very familiar D-Wheel, despite the fact it's been covered in orange and black glitter and numerous other Halloween

Samus Aran (in full powersuit) is reaching a hand into the pumpkin head.

He's pulling the head away from Isabel towards other children.

The pumpkin's eyes light up as he continues giving kids candy.
