Well, just had my first (rather bad) experience with Oblivion mods. I was fed up of the frumpy armour and tiny selection of clothes - which, I suppose, is fair enough; Bethesda have more pressing things to worry about in their world-building and it's only shallow people like me who care about body-contoured armour - so I skipped off full of ( Read more... )

I'm curious to see what happened to your poor character. Try filefront for mods, they generally have some good mods for most games. Well they seem to be good for Dawn of War.
Oblivion looks too pretty to run on my pc.

I'm afraid I didn't take any screencaps before I uninstalled. I didn't want the nightmare to stay with me :(

It's back on, now, although I'm still looking for a decent mod. I want pretty clothes, dammit!

I suppose to make your own clothes on it would take forever? If you lacked fashion like me all would be easy.

I have made polish honey cake, I'm unsure what it tastes like. Honey I'm guessing at.

Insert the game disk and extract the origonal mesh folder if you can, and then paste it into your instal. Failing that, instal the game again in a different folder and use that as your backup; it's what I did when I was modding Morrowind with some 3gig's worth of extra stuff.

Furthermore, I beleive someone's re-textured every single book in the game so that each text looks unique. Can't remember the url or it, but it looks stunning.

oh dear are you a dirty bosmer? (schtom has a bosmer character who has no useful skills and engages epic battles with mud crabs)

there's a mod for the x-box 360 version that puts a castle in with an enchanting altar in it so you don't have to do a load of the mages guild missions to enchant stuff which is cool, but i can't find the same mod for the pc! shoot!

also a good looking mod that gives horses beautiful armour but similar x-box only problems finding it. ditto for a pirate lair mod. if you find any of them let me know!

I miss Nottingham! I was actually in the day before yesterday but it was just a hardcore christmas shopping trip with my family, so no time really to come onto campus and stuffs :( I'm coming back before Christmas, though, so we should all go to the German market and have Gluhwein!

:( I know, my credibility is shot to shit!

I promise I use it for dressing my character in pretty clothes.

...and blowing heads off. But mostly the clothes!

...I'm a gamer too. I'm pretty sure we HAVE to have lesbian sex now.

BTW, you don't post much, do you? The last one I see is from March 7. :(

I try! But unfortunately I am a lazy ho :( I'll try and be interesting, I promise. I have lots of ace photoposts to go up.

What games are you into? I'm an RPGer - I love the Elder Scrolls series and Thief, mainly. I don't seem to have time for nearly as much as I'd like. I used to do the Quake/Unreal shiznit but I haven't for years now. I remember thinking that it was really cleverly ironic to name my Unreal Tournament character "Miffy". Oh the innocence of youth :D
