What am I getting myself into?

So tomorrow I am going white water rafting for the first time ever. It's something that I have always wanted to do, and now I have the chance. The Graduate Student Association for my department has reservations for 12 students to go, and after talking to the two summer students in my lab, we all decided to go. We're rafting on the Ocoee River here
