Been doing some home repair lately. I want to run some wire and paint the theater room. I'm thinking black and gray because that would give me the best color contrast for viewing, but then what color do I paint the trim?

what about a light blue or blue/gray? kinda like a warship camouflage color pattern.

For the theater room, anything dark in color, and flat finish, should be okay.

Don't paint it a light color, 'cause any stray light, and also any light from the TV is going to reflect off the wall, and screw up the color and brightness on the TV.

A dark brown, chocolate-like tone might be good. Then do the trim a few shades darker, almost black. But, it depends on your tastes. Blue would also probably work, for example.
