today i was unwinding an electrical cord when i heard a little thud. i looked down and saw a very squat spider sitting on the carpet.
my gaze then shifted to my hand and i saw that i had accidentally ripped apart his or her web, as it was entangled in the cord.
at first it appeared to be dead
and then it started to jump around a bit.
i took it outside

haha. i think he would have fit on top of a nickel, maybe more like on the top of a penny. i used my macro lens for the close up :)
