You know I considered not posting the pictures because I know when we're coming into autumn/winter I get depressed by warm place pictures. But I was just too excited by the approach of spring and warmer weather and hopefully a better time for the city that I just did it :D

I love spring. It's always been my favourite season - I love seeing nature come back to life. And of course I love when the sun comes out more. These pictures are lovely - even the ones that show some of the damage. Even an EQ can't stop spring's beauty.

My gosh that bridge is lovely. I'm glad they're trying to preserve it in some way even if it is no longer able to be functional.

The sand art is stunning. Wow. That takes talent!

It's funny if I was asked to just say 'yep that's my favourite season' I'd almost always go with summer. But it's always spring I hang out for anxiously.

I think they are planning on fixing the bridge so it should be usable at some point and yeah the sand art is really cool :)
