Mac question...

Does anybody know how to set up a Virtual Private Network on a macintosh? I'm following the steps provided here:

I set one up a looong time ago and I had issues. I think it had something to do with protocols? I had one of the IT guys at my old job help out. Sorry, I know that's not much help... I guess maybe figure out what kind of Protocol they use as a start?

Hey thanks for responding Andy. I tried both protocols and neither worked... I guess I'll just bring my laptop in and ask the IT guy to look at it. I was hoping I could figure it out though!

macs can be finicky. Something as stupid as turning off the firewalls might just do the trick.
