I've had a good cry today. Infact all day. I don' think there's anymore water inside me. Just thinking about certain things have got me down as well as being in a lot of pain still. Anyway I've had some tea, well baked beans on toast and I know that will make Darren laugh. It's what he calls real food and be shoked that I'm eating it instead of

I really hope you start to feel better soon. It sounds so awful everything that's happened recently. But I'm not too worried, because I believe you can get through this.
