well, i would say that today deserves an entry. so this morning i had to get up early and call university of pittsburgh to ask a few questions about applying for a scholarship there. so the man gets my social security and all my info appears on the screen in front of him. and he looks at my name and is like "hmm...your name and city sound ( Read more... )

OH MY GOODNESS RACHEL THAT IS SO AMAAZING I AM SO PROUD OF YOU... seriously... that is just incredible nad i'm so happy for you - you totally deserve it becuase youve put so much hard work into high school and it paid off for you, eps. cuz i know how the problems you had with the crazy counselor not sending your stuff :( anyway, you are amazing and i'm so happy for you!!! :)

yeah, i'm pretty psyched about my full tuition :)

i figured it out... they just gave me at least $80000, but probably more because of tuition increases (and that's if i get out in 4 years, if not i get more money!)

i'm SOOOO excited for you. this is amazing and you deserve every penny, and that other scholarship would be awesome also!! haha i've been so excited since you told me yesterday morning :)
and i'm excited about being far away also...
but one thing that i've been thinking a lot about lately: how we won't get to just go cosmic bowling on a friday night...i'll miss you.
but i'll worry about that later.
