The new photos are great! I think your summer opened up a whole new dimension for you to work in. They really, truly are amazing. I like your lighting concept (bright and from the back), and your compositions are creative and varied, almost unpredictable (in a good way).
Before, your work was cheerful. Now, it's more introspective, but it is surprisingly elated when the subject calls for it. Now, you are definitely recording a more accurate reflection of your subject's character and a more accurate reflection of yourself as an artist.
thanks, thats great to hear! i too feel that it is more realized and confrontational, though you should see my other work. you know how i tend to separate my work into things for clients or as a photographic project or piece, i feel like almost all the work on the site is pretty shallow compared to other things.
the art work is hard to get digitized right now, but i guess that you will see it someday. thanks for the kind remarks, it is encouraging!
by the way, i still want to read your papers, i think it is rediculous that i havent read but one!
