Who knew work would get this bad? I spent all day yesterday verifying and coding and online-troubleshooting late into the night, and today is more of the same, so the story just isn't going to happen.

Thank you! I loved your prompt, and started to write for it in between the constant IM interruptions from my coworkers, but by 12:30 I had very little but dialogue and just barely the lead-in to the setup. Argh.

I may write that story yet, but it won't be for awhile. I'm listening to the speakerphone discussion of my 4 partners-in-crime right now for our Must Be Done By Tomorrow project. Oy.
