the purely decadent cookie dough ice cream made with coconut milk is delicious.

at the local chain grocery store it's $4, and they only have a limited number of flavors, with the cookie dough one being the best. the local health food store also has it, and yes, it's like 6 or 7 dollars. i have heard that the chocolate peanut butter flavor is incredible, so i may have to suck it up and splurge for that pint.

the brand is called soy delicious. or turtle mountain. i can't remember (since the package has long since been finished). the company's pints have sort of a brown-ish background, and most helth food stores and a surprising number of large chain grocery stores carry the brand.
