over the years i've been the recipient of a lot of really touching and heartwarming compliments from all sorts of amazing people. truth be told- i have a bit of a hard time accepting compliments, especially when they are from people i feel who are doing much more relevant and important things than i am, but i am trying to get better and accept them

i gotta hand it to greg bennick, (who grew up playing in CT punk bands, incidentally) every time I've met him, he's been the sweetest, warmest and dude and this video just shows how much he values life itself, which is inspiring. it seems like he almost values it as much as you do! almost.

anyway, i googled him just now and found that he has what appears to be a thriving career as a corporate speaker, and i'm not sure what to make of that. especially the selective insurance talking points!? interesting.

oh and would you mind burning 'are these our lives?' for me, maybe? i can't find it any where and eff paying for it a third time!
