A much delayed Rant on GTA IV

Okay, back in...what was it?  April?  May?  Well, I bought into the hype about another Grand Theft Auto game....

A little bit of backstory, so you know I'm not just an anti-fanboy.  first of all, I started with GTA III, like 90% of the players out there, I'm no old-schooler, I just liked the whole Sandbx mechanic and surprisingly fun gameplay.

Ocarina of Time is 1
GTA 4 PS3 is 2
Mario Galaxy is 3
GTA 4 360 is 4

But that starts at N64. Ratings according to experts, has Chrono Trigger as number 1 with ToP at a close second. Of course not to mention Mario Bros, which changed video games forever.

And I'm not the greatest fan of GTA 4 either. I started with GTA 1 on the PC, moved to GTA 2, and loved that if I lined up cars and jumped I could soar for ever.

Then GTA III hit and I loved the gameplay and the story was decent.

Vice game out and I liked it, but it didn't grab me.

SA came out and I couldn't stand that game. I liked the massive world, but it just bored me.

Of course LS stories and Vice stories were... whatever.

GTA for the advance was just amusing and pretty good.

Then the big 4 hits... and it just bores me. Nice graphics, interesting game play. They tried WAY to hard.

My apologies, but it doesn't even TOUCH my personal top ten.

Yeah, I didn't actually look, I just kinda knew approxamately where the ratings were at.

What is ToP? Tales of Phantasia?

Many shared your dislike towards San Andreas. I don't even factor the PSP games into play.

and why apologize? What top ten do you refer to?
