oh wow!! i really enjoyed so much of this, i love how much time you spent building up kyungsoo and chanyeol's relationship throughout their school years, and the way you established chanyeol's magic hobby (of COURSE he'd do magic). there's just a really sweet feeling to the beginning, and a really nice, genuine build to their relationship. i really love the way you included the little touches about chanyeol's feelings that kyungsoo missed. it's a nice little nod to kyungsoo's practicality, that he would miss them in favour of insisting his feelings are one-sided to protect himself (also the sekai was adorable crying when they thought they would be parted, ouch). when he shut chanyeol out after school, oh, my heart. i thought that part rang very true. it's obvious you've put a lot of thought into the magic, as well!! chanyeol would take so well to the showiness of magic, and it was interesting that kyungsoo followed him. i loved yixing as kyungsoo's manager, as well!! i think he's a lot more adept than people think at being what people
