Elith, so-called rising star of political intrigue.
As a fledgling republic in a world of well-established kingdoms, Elith is sometimes mocked, sometimes ignored, but certainly never taken seriously by fellow countries. A shame, for after three decades of bloody civil war with an equally bloody coupé on either side, Elith finally seems to have found a system that works for her and her citizens. Five years of stability and Tesni to the north is really the only ally Elith has.
That is mostly because the desert country needed trade from temperate climates - and Elith was desperate for friends.
