Fairly plausible chopped nuts, but I am pretty sure Kairn does not let Lyssa in on Reida for fear that they'd kill each other. Cheap joke pocky, my favorite kind to write.

“It’s a house warming present. She always- You might not want to…touch that.”
“There’s a note.”
“There’s always a note. More importantly, is it still moving?”
“Dear Kairn, Looks like this place could use even more cleaning than most of the dumps you wind up in.”
“So she left me a dustpan? Cute. Real cute.”
“Aww, but she signed it with kisses. You know, I don’t know if I should be jealous or-”
“Let me see that! Those aren’t kisses. Those are pincers.”
“Pincers?”
“Don’t ask.”
“Should I be jealous?”
