Our team lost 4-2. What is even sadder is that we were tied 2-2 at halftime....all we needed to do was keep them from scoring. Oh well. It was really fun though! I'm so sore today, it's very evident to me now that I haven't done anything physical in awhile. EuropeEurope was fantastic. We spent the most time in Paris, going to museums, walking around, taking tours, and the like. I loved everywhere we went, but my favorite was the Centre Georges Pompidou, the modern art museum. I saw so many pieces that were done by people who I studied in my modern art class! I'm almost done!!!! WHOOHOO!! Today is the last day of HS/C camp, and they start leaving at 4 in the morning. I am going to be so sad to see most of them leave. Despite the fact that I haven't gotten to do a lot of running out here, I am in love with this camp. I get to take a free class, and this year chose to take the Contemporary Musical Theater class. rafting was incredible. there weren't a terrible amount of rapids, but there were enough to keep the trip interesting. when it was flat, i jumped out of the raft and made it my personal goal to swim around to the other rafts and splash as many people as possible. i also helped pull ian and jordana (two of my campers) out of their ducky. we were ( Read more... )
