Moving!!

We got approved for this really nice townhouse up north with 0 deposit. I guess my credit must be okay besides the filing of bankruptcy part to not even have to put a month's payment down or even $200. The particular model/floor plan we wanted is available now but wouldn't be on May 1st. They said they next available one would be available June
