Not that it affects me personally but I wonder what they are doing to correct the damage they caused their customers..?

I read in the Boston Herald a few days ago that the only way to remove the problem that is installed by these "corrupted" files, is to install a patch and then a program - but both of them are "Sony" products so I guess people now have a problem trusting Sony and don't believe that these programs will help them at all.

Personally, I can't fault them for copy-protecing CDs, the industry is losing so much money...but at the same point they just lost a customer in ME...and hopefully other people!

hopefully! I was never a customer to begin with as i so rarely buy cd's but I will make sure my Mom and sister know not to buy Sony cd's (especially for my nephew!) in the future.

Yeah, you just never know who (as far as corporations go) you can trust anymore!

Hey, you asked on b0st0n where I got my wedding bands online? Here's the place, they had the best prices we could find anywhere, very fast shipping, and our bands are simply beautiful (with pretty engraving, too). I highly recommend them!
