I've actually got to echo Stuart's comments, Netflix really does have great customer service. I called them to see if they would send me extra DVDs (since they had mailed me my seasons of Red Dwarf out of order), and I got through to a real nice lady in about 2 minutes. Not only was she a fellow Red Dwarf fan, but she promptly sent me the extra

Yeah, netflix totally rocks. More places need stiff competition to keep them honest. Once FIOS rolls into town, something tells me Time Warner is going to get a LOT nicer
