Robin McKinley's "Sunshine." One of my favorite authors of all time writes a vampire story (the only vampire story I've ever read besides a third of Dracula). Go read it. It's incandescent. *scurries back into her hole*

I have a copy of it from the library sitting on my dresser right now. I have it until November 22. When will I see you next?

Mary, the longer I know you....the more you fascinate me. Its a shame i dont get to see you more often. Im glad you liked my poem for what it was and didnt try to turn it into something it is not.

Um, thanks, I think. *grin* But I'm confused--what would I have tried to turn your poem into? I know you said people thought it might be a suicide note; I guess I just don't think that way. Which might be a bad thing in other circumstances, but with you, obviously, it's fine. *hugs* And--you're an AWESOME person too, that I wouldn't mind hanging out more with. :)
