So I've pretty much stopped using my journal as an actual journal and rather as a fanworks dumping ground. The reasons for this are A) not enough happens to me that would make for a witty/insightful/entertaining update, and B) I prefer writing about superheroes to writing about myself. Oh god, don't even remind me. I am in denial. (I've already done anger, bargaining, and depression, so either I'm going out of order or acceptance is simply beyond me. Not even the Kubler-Ross Model can contain my despair.)

Congratulations on the new job!

I was always bad at keeping journals - I initially only got an LJ account so I could post fics and fan art to One Piece comms - and have been surprised to find myself journalling at times. What I wanted to say is, I can't fault anyone else for preferring just to use the LJ for fanworks.
