Today I have consumed:

-coffee drink 155 cal (2X)= 310
-stir fry with rice, veggies, and chicken= 250
-one breadstick- 100
-one tiny piece banana bread- 100

So far I've exercised 300 off. That's leaves me at +460.
Later tonight I will go exercise every calorie of that off.
Very nice.

I really have got nothing to write about at all, but I'm bored and so I will type out random shit anyway. I have to go back to school this coming Monday, which I am not looking forward to at all. Haha, I love staying up till 2 in the morning because I just can't put my book down....and having a great excuse to sleep in till 11:30 so I get to skip breakfast. The best part is that I don't lose a bit of sleep (my mom is nice about letting me sleep in during breaks from school) and I get to skip a meal without feeling hungry or deprived ( Read more... )
