I honestly don't think a toddler would do that. When I was younger I got yelled at for using the microwave and I was too little to even reach the thing. What child would have the idea of putting an animal in the microwave instead of trying to play with it? When I was a toddler I love animals to death, quite literally. I wouldn't let them go. From the guy laughing, I would think that the parents would have something to do with this. Especially with them not watching the child properly. I would try to turn them in for animal abuse. That's soooo horrible, the kitten is probably poisoned from the radiation. Is the kitten going to make it? Why didn't they take it to the vet instead of the humane shelter? That's torture.. Could I see the kitten tomorrow if I were to go in? That's just so sick
"I glanced at the man, and he smiled very warmly, almost creepily." That reminds me of Freaky Fred off of Courage the Cowardly Dog. Especially with the situation. The guy has a huge smile and tortures Courage throughout the episodes.
Umm... it's more than obvious that the MAN did it, not the TODDLER. With luck, you're in a state that believes in hefty charges for animal abusers (such states, thank God, are becoming more and more common), and they will have his laughing ass indicted Thursday. To reiterate: irresponsible freak "Dad" decided kitty was getting too much attention, he tried to kill it, and he's pinning the deed on Junior. Meanwhile, freak "Mom," not wanting to get HER MAN in trouble (gotta keep in mind all that HOT SEX and METH, don'tchaknow), is keeping her (abused) yap shut. They'll get him. Which doesn't bring back the kitty-- who at least was shown kindness in its last moments on Earth.
Well obviously. I was just contradicting his story and replying to her post. I would hope that both parents get charged. She would be guilty through association. I don't remember meth being in the post so I'm going to assume you were there?
Reading this made me sick to my stomach to the point where I gagged and nearly vomited. I hope justice is served but no matter what punishment he receives it will not even begin to cover the amount of suffering that poor animal endured. If there were a microwave big enough, I would put him in there and cook him alive. Eye for an eye, you sick bastard.
I heard about this horrific ordeal from a friend of mine so I hope you don't mind me commenting here.
You've gone through what is best described as a horrific event, no-one should ever have to witness that sort of thing. Please please look after yourself - after-effects of a traumatic event can be shattering.
You are one hell of a person for not only going through that, but doing everything you could to ease the pain of an innocent.
