Monday: 3.02 miles Tuesday: 2.01 miles Wednesday: 1.01 miles Thursday: 1.05 miles Friday: 1.2 miles Saturday: 4.76 miles 13 total for the week
Everyday but Saturday was on the treadmill. 3.1 of Saturday's mileage was the Crawlin Crab 5k in Hampton, VA. My goal was to finish in 50 minutes or less. Official finishing time was 50:28. So dang close! But it was a minute and a half faster than my last 5k Labor Day weekend, so I'm still proud of myself.
Goals this coming week are to get all my training miles in for the week and to actually get my long run done this weekend. I have missed the last 3 long runs due to family issues and sickness. Now that I'm better, I need to get back on track.

Treadmill is an excellent workout, it does take some time getting used to, but overall it's a great way to keep training, especially on days when the weather is not cooperating.
Good luck with getting the longer runs in! It is of course one of the more challenging things to get done, equally hard for everyone, but also one of the most beneficial.
